The Seed - A Vision Takes Shape
Before the first office, there was the idea. The strategic vision is conceived and the corporate business model is structured in Dubai - the blueprint for everything that follows.
Founded - Three Partners, One Vision
Brooks ME Group is officially established with three founding partners. From day one, the audit division launches through a formal alliance with Spicer Pegler Auditing - giving the firm a full-service foundation. Operations begin in Barsha, Dubai.
Taking Root - The Move to Bay Square
Two years of concentrated effort. The firm relocates from Barsha to Bay Square Business Centre - a deliberate step into a more professional environment, built to absorb a growing transaction volume. The team grows to five, each hire chosen with care for the long term.
A Milestone Year - A Real Office, A New City
Brooks ME secures its first full conventional office in Dubai, home to 13 professionals. The same year, the firm opens its first Sharjah office - the first step beyond Dubai, bringing its services closer to businesses across the Northern Emirates.
Strategic Diversification - Two New Verticals
The firm branches deliberately, launching two key divisions: AML & Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Services & Company Formation - positioning Brooks ME at the centre of the UAE's tightening regulatory landscape and its booming investor inflow.
Breakthrough - A Larger Stage, A New Continent
The firm's most significant leap. The team surpasses 25 professionals across six specialist divisions and moves into a substantially larger office. The same year, Brooks ME launches its first trade missions and executive events in Africa - channelling international investment into the UAE.
Deepening Roots - A Second Sharjah Office
A second strategic Sharjah location opens, reinforcing Brooks ME's commitment to the Northern Emirates and completing a network of three operations centres across the UAE. Businesses across the region now have closer access to the firm's full suite - audit, compliance, advisory, and more.
Today - A Global Holding, A Firm Without Limits
Seven specialist divisions. Six partners - three founding, three divisional. A team of more than 40 professionals. And interconnected operations spanning the UAE, Africa, India, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Canada. The story continues.
